Back to the Mac

So… What’s new?

So far, Apple has unveiled the new iLife 11. You can upgrade to the latest iLife 11 (which is available today) for $49 / it is FREE for every new MAC

Facetime Beta is available for Mac today! you’ll be able to make Facetime calls from your Mac to iPhone 4 and the new iPod touch.

The next version of MAC OS is called Lion. (Tiger > Leopard > Snow Leopard > and now Lion, I wonder what will be next; Snow Lion??)

Mac OS X Lion will be available Summer 2011.

One More thing: Macbook Meets the iPad (doesn’t make sense to me, but this sounds interesting)

Macbook + iPad = The new Macbook Air! simply stunning says Apple.

No Hard Drive on the new Mac, it uses Flash Drive. Apple thinks this will be the future of notebooks.

Here’s the specs (MacBook Air 2010):

  • Comes in 2 sizes, Small version and even Smaller version of Macbook Airs
  • 11.6 inch LED backlit display
  • 1366×768 pixels
  • Core 2 Duo Processor
  • NVIDIA GeForce 320m
  • Full Size Keyboard
  • Multitouch Trackpad
  • FaceTime Camera

Price starts at $999, available today.
